ExamEasy Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes how Berkeli Limited ("we," "our," or "the Company") collects, protects, and uses the personal information ("Personal Information") that you ("User," "you," or "your") may provide in the ExamEasy mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, the "Mobile Application" or "Services").

This Policy also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information, and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals whom we do not employ or manage.

Collection of Personal Information

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you fill out any online forms within the Mobile Application. This information may include:

Personal details, such as your name, email address, phone number, etc.;
Account details, such as your username, unique user ID, password, etc.;
Any other materials you voluntarily submit to us, such as articles, images, feedback, etc.

You can choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, but doing so may prevent you from taking advantage of certain features within the Mobile Application.

Collection of Non-Personal Information

When you open the Mobile Application, our servers automatically record information sent by your device. This data may include information such as: your device's IP address, browser type and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, the webpage you visited before coming to our Mobile Application, the specific pages of our Mobile Application that you visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistical data.

Any information we collect may be used to: enhance your user experience; improve our Mobile Application; understand and analyze how you use our Mobile Application; develop new products, services, features, and functionality; communicate with you, either directly or through our partners, to provide customer service, deliver updates and other information relating to the Mobile Application, and for marketing and promotional purposes; send emails; and detect and prevent fraud.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information—unlinked to any Personal Information—with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy relating to the Mobile Application or Services at any time, effective upon posting an updated version of the Policy within the Mobile Application. When we make changes, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of the Mobile Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to those changes.

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Mobile Application and its Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
