3. Is ExamEasy free to use?

Yes, ExamEasy is free to use. Users can practice exam questions for free, up to a maximum of 100 questions. Once you reach this limit, you can unlock additional questions by watching advertisements. ExamEasy also offers a paid version (Pro Version) to enhance the user experience and unlock more revision features (detailed in Question 4).

4. What does the Pro Version include?

The Pro Version includes features such as chapter-by-chapter revision, question bookmarking/tagging, mock exams, and the ability to review incorrectly answered questions from your mock exams. The Pro Version is also completely ad-free, ensuring a higher-quality learning experience.

5. Can ExamEasy be used on multiple devices?

For the free version, you can log into and use your ExamEasy account on multiple devices at any time. However, for the paid version (Pro Version), app usage is limited to a single device.

6. How do I cancel my subscription/purchase?

Purchases within the ExamEasy app are one-time payments rather than recurring subscriptions. However, once your Pro Version access expires (after the 3-month usage period), you can choose to make a new purchase at any time.

7. Can I request a refund after making a purchase?

No. Because users gain instant access to view all questions and answers upon purchasing specific exam questions, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please consider your purchase carefully beforehand.

8. Can I track my learning progress on ExamEasy?

Yes, ExamEasy's Pro Version features a progress tracking tool. This allows you to monitor your study progress, time spent, and mock exam scores on the dedicated progress page. Additionally, the bookmarking feature helps you flag questions to review later, and the incorrect answer review feature lets you revisit questions you missed during mock exams.

All content on ExamEasy is provided and reviewed by experienced industry professionals and experts to ensure it remains up-to-date and highly accurate.
